Not at all. Private Pilates is a wonderful place to begin because the session is tailored to your experience, body, and individual needs. You’ll be introduced to the equipment and foundational movements at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely and helps your instructor observe your alignment. Leggings, a fitted top, and clean socks or bare feet work well. Please avoid clothing with zippers or hardware that could damage the equipment.

You do not need to bring any equipment. Arrive in comfortable clothing and bring water if you would like it during or after your session.

Your first session begins with a brief conversation about your movement history, goals, previous injuries, and any concerns you may have. From there, your instructor will introduce you to the apparatus and guide you through foundational exercises selected specifically for you.

No. You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced before beginning Pilates. The method is designed to help you develop strength, mobility, coordination, and greater awareness over time.

You can begin with the Intro Private Series. Your first sessions are an opportunity to become familiar with the classical Pilates method, the apparatus, and the way your individual program will develop.
