At Liréa, we believe wellness isn't found in extremes. It's built through small, intentional practices repeated daily.
Rooted in the principles of Classical Pilates, our sessions are designed to improve strength, posture, mobility, and body awareness while creating space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Our studio is fully equipped with the traditional Pilates apparatus from Balanced Body Contrology line created by Jay Grimes.
Whether you're new to Pilates or deepening an existing practice, every session is tailored to meet you where you are.

All new clients begin with an Introductory Private Session. From there, we design your progression based on your goals and movement experience.
